    Job Summary

    Provides day-to-day human resources support and counsel to a business unit and/or functional group covering many or most of the following areas: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee and labor relations, employee communications, safety, and employment documentation. Ensures consistent application of policies and procedures. Serves as a liaison with internal departments/divisions and/or outside organizations. Position Purpose Drive the execution of HR initiatives in the areas of organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning, performance management, employment practices, and HR communications. Support the execution of HR programs/processes within a region.



    Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

    • Manage the execution of HR programs/processes in the areas of: OE, Staffing, Performance Management, Learning, and Employment Practices.
    • Manage associate relations necessary to maintain a positive and productive environment.
    • Provide HR Support and guidance to HR Regional Managers and their staffs.
    • Analyze reports to evaluate HR operations for assigned area.
    • Assess regional needs on an ongoing basis and facilitate or develop programs to respond to the needs of the area.
    • Actively participates in acquisition integration assignments involving orientation, benefits and training.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience providing HR support to all levels of the organization.
    • Experience supporting an employee base of over 600.
    • Experience in Staffing, Learning, and Talent management.
    • Experience supervising others.
    • Multi-unit management experience.
