    Job Description & Qualifications


    Position Purpose

    Responsible for ensuring the timely, proper and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with credit agreement requirements and assessing and accounting for technical accounting matters and transactions for review by the Corporate Controller.  


    Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

    • Researches technical accounting issues for new transactions, acquisitions, and business
    • Ensures compliance with covenants of debt
    • Prepares recurring financial statements and other external reporting as well as required reporting to our creditors.
    • Works with external and internal auditors to ensure transparency and accuracy in preparation of all external filings and internal
    • Manages financial aspects of equity administration including maintenance of outstanding shares, options and other stock-based
    • Evaluates the impact of new accounting standards and SEC regulations on business and required
    • Prepares reporting for presentation to senior management and the Board of Directors

             ·      Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Must be eighteen years of age
    • Must pass the Drug Test
    • Must pass the Background Check
    • Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable


    Education and Experience


    • Typically requires BS/BA in a related Generally 6+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • CPA required. Big 4 public accounting experience required.
    • Demonstrated experience in the application of GAAP and SEC regulations related to business practice.
    • Experience in SEC reporting.
