This position will be a Senior Manager of Labor Relations within the Human Resources Organization at Core & Main. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership direction and management of the labor relations team, partnering with Operating Unit leaders and managers to develop and implement labor strategy, lead/participate in interim negotiations between Operating Units and Union leadership, oversee investigations and provide corrective action recommendations, interface with the union to resolve contractual issues and partner as required with Employee Relations and other Human Resources in issues requiring cross-functional involvement.
