    Job Description & Qualifications

    Responsible for recruiting the best talent. Ensure the business identifies, hires, and retains candidates/employees through the successful marketing of the business.

    Develop and cultivate long-term relationships that allows for succession planning through a multi-faceted short- and long-term talent acquisition strategy. 


    • Provides strategic, competitive insight and talent management into current and potential markets.
    • Provides market intelligence on the competitive landscape.
    • Creates a market leading and progressive talent acquisition design and approach. Manages the recruiting capital and operating budgets.
    • Works with senior leadership to determine business talent priorities.
    • Leverages strong relationships with executives throughout the industry to gain vital business intelligence and develop desired talent pipeline.
    • Applies external talent acquisition strategies to internal targets. Uses knowledge to retain targeted internal talent and prevent disruption to ongoing business operations.
    • Maintains an internal network of talent with a vested interest in success through coaching, mentoring, and partnering in employees’ career development within the organization.
    • Designs successful recruiting initiatives by applying knowledge of recruiting technology, social media, and web-recruiting techniques.

    Preferred Qualifications & Job Specific Details


    • Decides how to achieve planned results within an organization's plans, policies, and guidelines. 
    • May manage department via multiple layers of managers OR directly supervise a staff of professional ICs at the senior or technical advisor level.
    • 8-10 years of experience establishing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies.
    • Recruiting firm experience.
    • Master's degree.
